Hi there, .............Lets get one thing straight. I am not doing this webpage on my own free will. My daughter has done nothing but get on my case about doing one. Just kidding. My daughter is only a year old. She is a christmas baby. Couldn't ask for anything more than that for a gift. Actually I just wanted to learn html and see what I could do with a site. Guess well find out. Be real patient, my time is limited. Feel free to sign the guestbook..........

For those of you who don't know, summer is now over. I figured I was way over due updating the website. I am sure everyone already knows that Melissa has started Kindergarten, six hours a day, five days a week. The first couple of weeks have gone very smoothly. Sarah feels she needs to help us bring Melissa to school. She seems to be very excited for Melissa. As usual, it is very hard to find out exactly how Melissa's day went. As some of you know it is kind of hard to get any information out of Melissa. Melissa is also playing soccer. Sarah also loves to go to the games with her soccer ball. Melissa is getting better with each game played. At the game Melissa hasn't been kicking that far so I figured we should work on that. Once we were outside and showed her what she should be doing to kick it further, she proceeded to have her turn at it. She was so proud of herself once she started kicking it into the net that we couldn't get her to stop practicing. She wanted to continue to try and kick the ball even further. I wish I could say that Melissa is the best on her team but she isn't. But what I can say she is the best at listing to the coach and most times paying attention to the game. I love that she is the only player that doesn't need to run to her parents on the sidelines every five minutes. She stays on the field the whole time and tries her hardest. Now what dad couldn't be proud of that? Sarah and Melissa are now back in separate bedrooms. It seems that Melissa was losing a lot of sleep being in the same room as Sarah. It usually doesn't take Melissa long to go to sleep, but being in the same room, it was taking almost an hour. Same thing in the morning. Melissa can sleep until sometime after 7, but Sarah wakes up most times around six, and proceeds to wake Melissa up. So we split the two up and we will see if that actually helps. Most nights or at nap time, Sarah will put herself to bed. After her teeth are brushed she will run to her room, close her door, shut off her light and run to her bed and lay down. There have been a couple of times during the midnight hours that Sarah will get out of bed and tell me her toe or her belly hurt. Before I can say anything about it she has already turned around and goes back to bed not to be heard from till morning.

Here we are again. Both kids are doing really well. Not all that much has change since last post. We have recently just got back from Florida. The kids loved it. Melissa loved the plane ride, Sarah could have cared less. Sarah did not like meeting the Disney characters unless they were short. Her favorite was Minnie Mouse. Melissa was willing to hug most of the characters. I myself was kind of concerned with Sarah sleeping in the same room as Melissa but in a different bed. The concern was unnecessary. Both kids went to bed at the same time and pretty much went right to sleep. There behavior was great. Melissa thought it was great when she found out that our flight was canceled to come home and we were going to have to stay in a hotel for three nights. Both kids did well while we stayed at a hotel for the additional three days.

Here we are back at it again. Melissa has finally gotten over a month and a half of colds and fevers. What a pain in the butt that was. She ended up missing 3 days of school. But like I said that is over now. She is still loving school very much. . Sarah is also done from being sick. She continues to sleep though the night and still goes to bed with no problems. All you have to do is tell her it is bed time and she will give everyone a hug and kiss and then go to bed. We will be going to Florida pretty soon, so I am starting now to prepare for another website update to be posted fairly soon.

I know it's been awhile. but here we are. Sarah is doing well. She now goes to bed without problems. She usually is asleep within a few minutes. Most of the time she is in the corner of her room playing quietly when we get up in the morning. She is finally starting to come up with some new words on her own. She now coming out with words that I had no Idea she knew. For example we happen to be walking by the "abc" banner hanging on the wall that also has pics of sea animals on it, when she points up at one and says the word dolphin. Actually it sounded like dog. I then pointed out a turtle and low and behold, she says turtle. I than point out the dolphin and again she says dolphin(dog). Just in case your asking is she confusing the two and actually is saying dog. Well the answer is no. She is trying to say dolphin. I would have to say that most of the time both of the kids get along real well. though Melissa still likes her alone. Melissa is loving going to preschool. The second her classroom door is opened, Melissa bolts for the door. we just had our first parent teacher conference. Of course, nothing but good things were said. Melissa is still treating Sarah pretty well. They both still love to go play outdoors. Melissa loves to go outside and run around while I am chasing her. She also likes to race. Like Sarah, Melissa also goes to bed without problems. Unlike the last time change where Melissa was up around six fifteen or so, with this time change she is getting up around seven.

Here we are once again. I have a few things to mention. For starters Sarah is still sleeping on the floor most of the time. For a couple of weeks she she was sleeping in her bed then "bam" all of a sudden she is back to sleeping on the floor. Melissa is now enrolled for preschool starting in September. She is so excited. She will ask "how many more days till she begins" or "I hope the other kids like me". Melissa is no longer taking her naps/relaxing time, which kinda works out. While Sarah is taking her nap, I will get either play dough or moon sand out. Once in a while I will get the craft stuff out, but not that often. As some will say, I am allergic to crafts. both kids are loving the outdoor. Sarah loves to swing and most of the time that is where she will spend her time. She does like to go into the kiddie pool but not as much as Melissa loves to. It is nice to see Sarah starting to play on her own especially when Melissa is not at home. Melissa tends to get involved in what ever Sarah is doing and then take over. We took the kids to Hershey Pennsylvania in July and they both loved it. I wasn't really sure that Sarah would be old enough to enjoy it, but I was wrong. I added two links off to the side. One is some pics of the Pennsylvania trip we took and the other link contains pictures of the kids outside.

3/7/09
Well I have finally decided to update the site. Both the kids are doing well. Sarah has recovered well from having her tooth pulled out in January. Sarah is now walking full time now. She is always following Melissa into her room, but the funny thing is, Melissa is usually going into Sarah's room to play. Most of the time when Melissa goes into her own room, she will tell us that she wants to close her bedroom door so she can play on her own. Sarah has now started to come out with a few words. I believe she is up to five words now. (mama, bird, duck, dog, and more) The words we seemed to here a lot is "mama and duck" I hope you are all sitting down for this one. Sarah is now sleeping though the night. YIPEE. I can't believe it myself. I have never slept better since both kids were born. . Yah I know, some of you are saying "yah so what, we all go though it" but I am going to say keep your thoughts to yourself and let me enjoy it for awhile. LOL I got more to tell. Sarah is also going to bed early. her average bedtime was between eight and nine. Trust me we have tried many times to get her to go down around seven or so. That never worked. So now she is going to bed around seven, same time as Melissa. Another round of Yippees for everyone. To the one in the front, yes Sarah is still taking her naps. Melissa is still taking her nap/relaxing time also. Talk about a good month. A little me time in the afternoon, a little at night and I get to sleep seven hours straight. Yah I know this posting is all about me, hey what the heck I'm feeling good. Back to being about the kids. Melissa is doing very well. For the most part she is still treating Sarah like a big sister should. I could do without the hugs she gives to Sarah. I don't mind hugs but for those of you who never seen Melissa give Sarah a hug, lets just say it's like a bear hug but worse.. but she means well. Sarah is lucky to be getting anything from Sarah considering Sarah has learned to pull Melissa's hair and also bite her. Like the big sister she is, all is forgotten in a few minutes. Melissa really likes to help her mom when it is time to eat. She loves to set the table. The only problem with that is Melissa doesn't put the plates and silverware in far enough so Sarah can't reach them. Could be worse and not want to help at all.. I have to work fast and get her to do all my jobs that I need to get done. I will need someone to do my chores when the Redsox come on. Breaking news..... The other day I was pretty sure Sarah said "daddy" a couple of times. Of course it wasn't very clear so I was all that sure. I didn't know if I was hearing what I wanted to hear or was she really saying "daddy" . Well yesterday Sarah came running up to me in the kitchen , right before she got to me she said "daddy" as clear as a bell It actually come out like"dad-dy". But all the same at least I know I wasn't misunderstanding her the other day.

12/25/08
First I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Both kids are doing great. Sarah is now climbing onto anything she can, which is a pain in the butt. Once in a while she says hello(while she is talking on her play phone.) and mamma. In the last couple of days Sarah seems to really want to walk. She will stand up on her feet, walk a few steps and fall down. She will repeat this over and over for ten minutes or so. We have found that Sarah might require surgery. She has an abscess near one of her teeth and one of them might have to be pulled out. The doctors said it looks like it was from a fall. Like the good parents we are, we have no idea when it happened. We thought Melissa was looking after Sarah. But other then that she is always happy. She is still taking her two naps a day(most days)and still gets up most nights for a bout ten minutes for a change.. Melissa is doing just as well. Overall she is still just as loving to Sarah as she was a year ago. Now a days Melissa and Sarah will go into Melissa's room and play. We tell Melissa she has to keep her room clean with all small things off the floor. She does a good job most of the time. Melissa is still a little jealous of Sarah when other people are playing with Sarah. We have found out that Melissa is now picking up words that we should'n say in front of her. I was in the car with Melissa, when I saw these kids throwing snowballs at moving cars. Of course my response was "what idiots" Well lets just say she did remember that word while we were at the diner table. Lucky I didn't have to sit in time out. It is nice to see that Melissa is now starting to play a lot on her own. For those of you who didn't know that Melissa has imangary friends. Her cousin Alex was one of those who didn't know. When she and Melissa were talking Melissa brought up her friends and Alex as what were there names. The names are Rudolph, gopher and possum. There was another name but we couldn't remember it. At times when we are playing play- dough , she will ask me to let her friends in so they can have some cake.. I do have some video clips I am going to put up with a couple of Christmas pictures.

08/08/2008Well here we go again. My girls are great. With the exception of a few whinning moments Melissa is doing well. Always trying to help out. wether it is setting the table or trying to stop Sarah from crying. The potty training is going extremely well. She told us she would like a fish, so we told her we would let her get one as an incentive. Since that day, almost a week now we have had no accidents. Melissa still loves to play with Sarah. She will dump Sarah's toy box on the flow almost every morning so she can play. I took Melissa fishing a couple of weeks back. She loved it. More then I thought she would. I figured she would get bored after a while, but she did not. We stopped because we ran out of worms. Sarah is doing well. She is crawling everywhere and has no problem standing up and moving along the furniture.

07/05/2008 Yup it's been awhile. We will start with Melissa. Overall she is still pretty good to Sarah. When Sarah is sitting in her high chair, Melissa will usually give her some toys on top of what she already had, leaving Sarah with no room to play with them. When Melissa is getting ready to go out she will go over to Sarah and give her a hug and kiss. Everyone knows by now that Melissa is an early riser, which means she is always up before Sarah. When it is time to get Sarah up Melissa also want to get her up. She will go into Sarah's room telling Sarah it is time to get up. The other day Melissa was eating a snack at the kitchen table, when I caught her trying to keep the fan{next to her seat} from rotating. I told not to play with the fan. She pretty much told me {not in so many words} that if I didn't want her to play with it, that I should move it. Sarah can now stay in the sitting position without falling down. She doesn't like being in the saucer anymore. In the past week she has been able to push with her legs and move about in the living room.. She has taken a few steps in the crawl position. Like most Sarah loves to be held. In recent weeks she will even fall asleep on the person that is holding her. Depending on her mood, she also likes you too sing to her. For the most part Sarah is still taking two naps, depending on what time she woke up in the morning. Sarah's starting to wake up, gotta go

04/08/2008 Well lets see, where do I start. I guess I will go with Sarah. I can't believe how she is growing already. As of a few days ago she is starting to hold her own when sitting up. Like Melissa when she was young, Sarah smiles almost all the time. At this point I can say she is happy most of the time, hardly ever crying. For awhile Sarah was sleeping though the night, now she is waking up once during the night for a short time. She is now at the point where she will reach for you when you put your arms out. It great she is almost as easy as Melissa was. Melissa kate is still taking the big sister role pretty good. She is still willing to help when changing her. Melissa tries to play with her when Sarah is in the saucer. She tries to make Sarah laugh. She still tries to help out when housework is being done. or like today when we were outside. she was helping me rake and pick up the piles.. I really get alot more work done with her helping. Melissa kate has decided that she likes to get up around 6:30 and come into our bedroom. I am trying to convince her to stay in her room. That's not working to well. As for her potty training that is going real well. One day she is doing so so, the next day she is talking about how she is a big girl and wants to go potty by herself. I will be posting more pictures in a few days. click here or scroll down for images

01/15/2008 Just to point out, somethings may either look wrong or out of place, just send me a note to let me know. I am now using a linux operating system(Unbuntu) instead of windows Xp for all of my computer needs. Down with Microsoft. Now on to other things... For those of you who said the next child wouldn't be as easy as Melissa was, well you were right. Totally different.. First the refusal of Sarah Nicole to sleep on her back while in the bassinet or porta crib. What a pain in the neck that was. In order to get some sleep you just let Sarah sleep on you. Man having ten pounds on you all night was not pleasant., Thankfully Sarah now sleeps thought the night, after trying out some tips we received. I have also found if the bottle is not the warm temperature she desires she will not drink, so you have to go and warm it up just a touch more. Other then that there is not much I can nitpick at. For those of you who didn't catch the newspaper last Friday, Sarah was in the baby section. You can still see it if you go to the Unionleader.com website..

Sarah is now smiling all the time. She has also began to do a lot of talking , you might not understand her but We as her parents already know what she is saying. Change me, feed me, please hold me. for those of you that knew Sara had a full head of hair when she was born, not anymore. Sarah has lost alot of that. I can't say enough about Melissa Kate. She has been so good about being a big sister. For example when you put Sarah in the bouncy, sometime we forget to turn on the music and the vibration. Now once we walk away and Sarah starts fussing Melissa will start singing to her and will put the music and vibration on. When your sitting with Sarah and she starts fussing Melissa will come over and start singing or talking to her like she really is trying to calm Sarah down. Melissa loves to hold Sarah. Melissa still doesn't realize that you just can't go and tackle her when you want to hug her. Melissa is still sleeping though the night. The other day while she was taking a nap(which are getting shorter and shorter) she got up after an hour into it, came out of her room and asked what time it was. I told her and she replied that I hadn't given her anything to drink yet, I got her some apple juice and off to bed she went. She has become miss independent when it comes to getting ready for bed. She still loves brushing her teeth and then flossing afterwards. She then gives hugs and off to bed for the night.click here or scroll down for images

11/19/07Sarah Nicole is now five weeks old. We had Sarah baptized this past weekend. So far everything is going pretty well. Sarah seems to be sleeping though the night. Melissa is great with Sarah. She tries to help me hold the bottle when feeding Sarah. Melissa has now decided that she likes getting up at six instead of seven in the morning. She can now open her bedroom door with no problem, which is good for her but not so good for us. She was coming into our room telling us it was light out. When we asked Melissa what sound a turkey makes, it comes out :google boogle" The other nite Sarah rolled onto her back by herself. At this point I am combining Melissa's and Sarah's pages together. I wouldn't know where to put the one's that have Melissa and Sarah. We took Melissa out for her first time to go sledding(small hill we made in the back yard) When we put her in the sled on top of hill, we asked her if she was ready. Her reply was "lets rock and roll". Not too sure where she picked that up.
10/16/07Sarah Nicole has arrived. She weighs 10lbs 8oz /21 inches long. Sarah was born on Monday October 15 at 12:39 P.M. To our delight she was wearing a Red Sox cap. Mom and Sarah are tired but doing well. Melissa is doing pretty well with Sarah. We are keeping her involved with helping out when it comes to Sarah. She seems to enjoy holding Sarah on her lap and tickling her.. Melissa helps get the diapers and the wipes when Sarah is in need of them. I am sure the real test will be when mom goes back to work. I plan on updating Melissa's page later on this week and also add some more pics to Sarah's.

update 08/30/07 update

The Baby's name will be Sarah Nicole. New link on left side of screen

08/16/07 Well I have finally updated the website. Yes I know, it's about time. Not all that much too tell. Melissa is as lovable as ever. I have had the privilege multiple times now of having Melissa give me the "I am telling mommy" phrase after scolding her for doing something wrong. Lucky for me, mommy has not been home at the time. The naps are still going pretty well. Just tell her its time and off she goes. The nights haven't changed all that much.. She now likes to get a different stuffed animal to bring to bed with her every night. In the morning you now have to go and open her door when you think it is time for her to be up. The reason is that when Melissa wakes up in the morning she is quietly playing on her bed. Her vocabulary has really picked up. It seems she is using a lot of words now in sentences. We were using her building blocks and I knocked hers down, she then said "don't do it again". How can you not love that. Some of the pictures posted are from Santa's village in june and others are from Funtownin Maine. I have been asked several times lately what sex is the new baby going to be. We are 99% sure that the new baby due to arrive in October will be a girl. Man am I in trouble..
update 06/23/07 update

This is just a brief update. There are a couple of new pictures of melissa while we were visiting a friend of mine and his new born son Connor.. I thought I would share this playtime event with Melissa that I just loved. I was playing blocks with Melissa in her room the other day, when she got up and went into the closet and pulled out nothing. she came over to me and gave me an invisible baseball bat. At this point I was a little confused. She then went back to the closet and pulled out nothing again. Melissa turned around and told me she had a ball. We then had our own baseball game, with her pretending to throw nothing and me swinging at nothing. Then she took the bat and me the ball and she went on to swing and pretend to hit the ball really high. Well thats it until I update the rest of the site.site.

05/13/07 yes I finally updated the page. Just not enough time in a day I guess. Well Melissa is a real chatter box now. always coming up with new words. Some of which we don't understand at the time. If we don't understand she certainly will try to make us. For the most part not too much has changed. Melissa Kate still goes to bed with out problems. Once in a while I will hear her playing quietly and I will go in and tell her it's time for bed, and she will go to sleep. There has been a couple of times that I wasn't sure I heard her but I could tell that she was up because she had turned on her light. Picture taking is still pretty hard. There are times when she wants you to take a picture. The new baby which is due in October is going to be a boy. Just kidding, we still don't know yet. We should find out next month. Not that it matters, boy or girl anything like Melissa and we are golden. If she's a girl, she will be another pretty girl to have around the house. Now if he's a boy, we will double team the girls and tell them how it will be from now on. Who am I kidding. It will never be that way. (Sorry Kim, didn't mean a word of it. Please don't hit me.) lol, Well gotta go. Hope you like the new pics.

03/13/07 where to begin? To start with Melissa is still being her usual self. which means most of the time she is a princess. For the most part she still goes to bed without problems. Just tell her it is time for bed and she will give kisses and hugs and make her way off to bed. Speaking of bed that is still going well. Melissa doesn't get out of bed until we get her out. She still tells us that her bed is broken, since we took the railing off. Another thing that is happening now is you can actually have conversations with her. There are still those words that nobody understands except her.. Melissa has now become camera shy. It is getting real hard to get a picture of her. Once she knows that you have the camera on her, she will either stop what she is doing or turn the other way. So by time you snap the picture you have already missed it..

Yes sir, I think that about covers it. Wait a minute, don't leave yet. For those of you who don't know yet, (very few I am sure) We are expecting our 2nd child. If you want more info, talk to kim and she can give you the due dates and all that other stuff. Well thats it for now. See ya soon

red alert

Melissa Kate has fallen out of her crib at approximately 2:13 pm Saturday January 28, 2007. Relax, nobody was hurt. It's true Melissa fell out of her crib Saturday. Husband and wife decided to setup the bed. Of course we weren't sure what to except on Melissa part whether she would stay in bed. Let me put your minds at ease. Melissa Kate went to bed Saturday night with no problems at all. She slept though the night and even when she woke up in the morning she stayed in bed until I went in to get her up. Then it was nap time. I couldn't believe it. She went to sleep like it was a normal day. It is Sunday late evening and the same thing goes. She went right to bed like normal. I certain will continue not to complain on the nights she does wake. As I have said before she's great. You can't help but not love her.

01/23/07 Yup, You can tell that Melissa is now 2 years old. How you ask? She is now (in her mind) the boss. I thought it was bad enough being 2nd in charge. Man can she say "no". As long as you don't give in, that "no" means nothing cause half the time it seems that she figures if she say it we will do it and if we don't she is usually fine about it . but there are times when you say no to her and she will give you that adorable look and say please. How can you resist? Now you can't keep anything on the kitchen table or she will have it before you know it. As you can see by some of the pictures she loves to finger paint and use play dough. The more time that goes on the messier she is getting. Lucky that the finger paint comes off real easy. I can't believe that she is still going to bed at night with no problems. She will on occasion wake up during the night. I normally don't mind since she doesn't do it that often. I don't know who has heard her talk yet but your missing out. Some of her words she pronounces slowly that it comes out so cute. She is now using two (sometimes three) words when talking. "thank you" is the more resent one.. Well that is going wrap it up for now.

12/14/06I can't believe it! Melissa Kate will be 2 yrs old in a couple of weeks. It feels like it was just yesterday that melissa was learning to crawl. Now she sprints from the living room to her room, with an occasional running into the wall. Talking, man you can't stop her from talking, unless she hasn't seen you in awhile that is. Then she clams right up. I love it when she is trying to tell me something and she knows I don't understand, she will come up to me and put her hands on my face and make me look at her one on one. . I have to say , we are lucky as parents when it comes to putting her to bed. You tell her it is time for bed and she will go and get her stuffed friends that she sleeps with and walk to her room to go to bed. You put her in the crib and not a fuss. At this time her favorite show is dragon tales. She loves to help clean house. When the morning cleaning is getting done, she has to help. If your sweeping, you had better get the swifter out so she can help. She loves to wipe down the cabinets. She is still asking for the potty chair just not as much. She loves christmas lights. I have Santa and the pooh clan setup. In the morning when she wakes up, thats one of the first things she wants, is to wake pooh and santa up. What can I say, she's the best. In the next couple of weeks I am going to update more. I have some new video and lots of pics

09/04/06I know, it has been awhile. I have an excuse. Melissa is running me ragged. Keeping me up at all hours of the night. She never listens. She is telling me what to do instead of me telling her, and she is physically abusing me. I am at the point where I am going to call a hotline for abused dads. All right, who am I kidding. Anyone that is on this site knows that Melissa is none of that. What can I say, she is great. She is saying different words everyday. Her latest words have include ride, sponge and climb. We bought a potty chair a few weeks back and she has used it at least 7 times.. Melissa will come and pull you to the chair and try to take off her diaper. She will then proceed to get a book and go sit on the chair. We took her to Yorks Wild kingdom last week and she loved it. Katie and Krissy wanted to go on rides with her but they were to big so Melissa went on the rides by herself. Don't worry, I made sure she was strapped in tight. She wasn't going anywhere. There was one ride that only had the chain going across it, so that was a little nerve racking wondering would she try to stand up during the ride. I should have known better, again she was great.

05/31/06Well here we are again. It seems like it gets longer and longer before I update the page. Lets start off with Melissa certainly can say "no". Some of the new words she is saying are "three, cheese, hi and please", which sounds like peas. She can also say some names. If your at the right time and place you might get a kiss from her. Make sure your on her good side when you ask for one or you well get a "no". Lately when we put her down for a nap or down for the evening she will give us a kiss before laying her in her bed. It seems like she might be stalling cause sometimes she will give multiple kisses. She still goes to bed without any trouble. You put her down and she out like a light. Much to our delight, Melissa is still a very happy kid.

03/16/06It's been over a month since I last updated. We are now in our new house and yes most of the unpacking is done. It is nice to see melissa being able to walk about the house without getting into things. She has adapted with out a problem. Melissa has slept though the night since we been at the new place. The first couple of days she was getting up at 5:30 in the a.m.. We didn't have any shades in her room, so I guess when the sun was up so was she. Melissa is now up to saying 4 words. sit,up,dog and ma ma

2/12/06Well It just seems like there is never enough time to get on the computer. Melissa is down for a nap, I have finished my chores. (the quiet ones, untill melissa wakes up)I expect her awake anytime now. Melissa has come back to us. The change that came over her while she was sick. You would never know she was sweet little Melissa. But now, she is just trying to walk everywhere looking back at you with that silly grin of hers, thinking she just got away with something. Melissa is at that point where she is reconizing the things we say. The other day I told melissa to come to daddy so he can change your diaper, She went and got me a diaper. I am gonna add a few pictures here and there to the 2nd page, but other than that I won't be doing to much to the site. I am sure some of you have heard the good news that we are buying a house. We still have alittle packing to do. I can now hear melissa playing in her crib. Guess I will go get her and find some lunch for the two of us

1/31/06This is why I told you to have patients. It has been a couple of weeks since I have done anything to the site. Between the little munchkin walking to all ends of the house(or trying)and her having a cold. A couple of nights she has stayed up past her usual bedtime. Which is not a bad thing, where she isn't blowing a fit or anything. She just wants to stay up later. I would rather her stay up longer and sleep though the night, then go to bed on time and get up during the nite. As of this writing her cold is pretty much gone. When this cold was starting to sound really bad in her chest, My wife informed me that I should call the doctors office, which I did of course. Man did I get treated like a first time dad or what. The nurse informed this first time dad that it was not in her chest, it was in her throat and that I should not be concerned. My worries are gone the cold is gone. but believe me when there is a call to be made, my wife will be making it. I just hope she doesn't read this or I am up the creek. I am gonna pay for staying up so late , hopyfully melissa sleeps though the night.

1/19/06Melissa has decided that she has choices. For those that don't know, there are cherrios and then there are puff. Puffs are these snacks that look and taste like cherrios. (not that I would know, but I have been told by others, who shall remain nameless.) Lets get back to the topic at hand. If you lay a puff and a cherrio on the table, she will eat the puff and feed you the cherrio. Not that I want to be the one to eat the cherrio after melissa has been eating for a while. I wish I had choices like that when I was her age. Only the best for our melissa.

1/18/06It has happened. Melissa is now walking pretty much all the time. Of course she is alittle unstable. Usually the only time she crawls is when we leave the gate open to the kitchen. Then she starts crawlin like there's no tomorrow.

I left a link down below which goes to my Uncle's site. it's more of some of his animal encounters and travels, which could be to his mailbox and back. Check it out
